Vulturine Guineafowl

Acryllium vulturinum

The Vulturine Guineafowl is a striking bird with a distinct appearance characterized by its blue face, white stripes, and long, glossy black and white plumage. Found in the arid and semi-arid regions of East Africa, this species is known for its gregarious behavior and loud, cackling calls. Vulturine Guineafowls are primarily ground-dwelling birds and are often seen foraging for seeds, fruits, and insects.
