Ushuaia City and National Park Shore Excursion
A cruise-compatible introduction to Ushuaia’s history and viewpoints followed by forest, lake and coastal nature stops in the national park.
About this tour
The city portion introduces selected Ushuaia landmarks and elevated viewpoints before the route continues into Tierra del Fuego National Park. There, Zaratiegui Bay, Lake Roca and the surrounding forests show how the Fuegian Andes meet the Beagle Channel, adding natural-history interpretation and time for photography.
The complete excursion lasts about five to five and a half hours and can be adapted to the ship’s schedule. Birding continues both around town and along the coast, where geese, steamer-ducks, gulls, terns and passing seabirds may be present. Private port pickup and return are included; national-park entrance and meals remain subject to confirmation.
