About this tour

Build a private birding, wildlife and back-roads journey through Spain or Portugal with Duncan Gough, an ornithologist and travel specialist with more than 40 years of exploring Iberia.

The itinerary starts with the participants’ dates, places and interests. Possible themes include raptors and Mediterranean birds, mountain landscapes, quiet villages, local food and history. Motorcycle touring is Duncan’s speciality, while other vehicle arrangements can also be discussed.

This is an inquiry-based listing rather than a fixed package. The route, duration, target birds, transport, accommodation, meals, guide fee and departure dates are confirmed in the final proposal.
