About this tour
Kiskunsag National Park spreads central Hungary’s birding across open puszta, saline lakes, marsh, fishponds, grazing country and woodland along the Tisza floodplain. A private day can sample several of these habitats without committing to one fixed circuit.
The guide selects among Apaj, Boddi-szek, Kelemen-szek, Pusztaszer and Tiszaalpar according to season and current activity. Great Bustard and falcons lead the open-country search, while rollers, bee-eaters, pratincoles, herons, spoonbills and Black Stork add variety. Autumn and winter may bring large goose and crane movements.

Seasonal circuit through Kiskunsag habitats
Meet at the agreed pickup point and combine the park sectors best suited to current targets. The day may move between open puszta, saline lakes, fishponds, marsh edges and Tisza floodplain woodland, with a packed lunch on full-day bookings.
