About this tour
Discover northern Burgos through birds and wine on a two-night stay at Posada Molino del Canto. Guided routes visit the Alto Ebro and Rudron canyons, northern woodland and pasture, and the Ebro Reservoir.
The programme pairs selected regional wines with meals and picnics while the birding focuses on raptors, cliff birds, woodland species and waterbirds. Extra drinks beyond the programme are not included.

Arrive at the riverside inn for a homemade dinner accompanied by the first selected regional wine.
Explore limestone outcrops, canyons, plateaux and villages by 4x4, with possibilities including vultures, Short-toed Snake-Eagle, Golden Eagle, Alpine Swift, shrikes, finches, buntings and larks. A picnic and selected wines form part of the day before returning to the inn.
Bird northern woodland and pasture before continuing to the reservoir for waterbirds. Finish the programme after the picnic and final selected wine pairing.
