About this tour
Explore the forested Tobin Lake region and Saskatchewan River valley on a private two-day journey from Saskatoon. Roadside and woodland stops are selected for current owl, grouse, woodpecker, finch and river-bird activity.
The programme welcomes new and experienced birdwatchers, with binoculars potentially available by request and a spotting scope used for distant views. Bird presence changes through the year, so no target species is guaranteed.
Private tours are available year-round for parties of up to four travelling in one vehicle. Guests arrange their own meals, accommodation and transportation, and weather may alter the planned sequence.
